We offer classes for all ages and skill levels!

  • At CEG we offer a variety of preschool classes for different ages and abilities.

Bouncin’ Bunnies: Ages 18 mos - 3 yrs (trial class eligible)
Movin’ Monkeys: Ages 3 - 4 yrs (trial class eligible)
Leapin’ Leopards: Ages 3 - 4 yrs (invite only)
Tumblin’ Tigers: Ages 3 - 4 yrs (invite only)

Each preschool class advances on the previous one and will allow the kids to improve both their physical and cognitive skills.

Preschool classes are designed to provide a full-fledged educational gymnastics experience.

Our Classes provide an active learning platform for your preschooler to grow!

Our coaches will help the kids explore and learn self-awareness and physical adaptation through gymnastics skills that are developmentally appropriate.

Your preschoolers will have a blast climbing over obstacles, jumping on trampolines, gripping the bars, balancing on the beams and more! Preschool classes are an amazing opportunity for kids to work important life skills such as listening, balancing, strength and flexibility, and so much more!

Please keep in mind that the Leapin’ Leopards and Tumblin’ Tigers classes are invite only. If it is your preschoolers first time at gymnastics, they will do a trial class in either Bouncin’ Bunnies or Movin’ Monkeys depending on their age.

  • Our recreational classes are for kids 5 - 12 years old and are designed to help each athlete grow at their own pace and be placed in a class environment that will help them learn and grow safely as they progress through the levels.

We offer classes for both boys and girls*.

Girls levels Beginner and levels 1 - 5.

    Boys level 1 - 3

Girls Beginning class is where new students attend a trial class to have their skills evaluated where they are currently.

Boys level 1 is where boys new to CEG attend a trial class to have their skills evaluated where they are currently.

Depending on the aspirations of each athlete, our rec classes are a great stepping stone to one of our competitive programs.

If there is no desire to do competitive gymnastics then progressing through the higher rec levels is a great way to continue to work on learning new skills and improve gymnastics fundamentals.

Our rec program focuses on teaching young athletes a wide variety of things such as: listening skills, strength, flexibility, balance, peed, power, control, physiology, and more.

*Students new to CEG need to attend a trial class in either Girls Beginner or Boys level 1. The coach will let the parent know at the end of the class which level is indicated for the student. Girls Levels 2 - 5 and Boys levels 2 - 3 are invite only

  • Here at Cascade Elite Gymnastics, we are proud to offer competitive men’s and women’s gymnastics teams.

There are several different team tracks that athletes can take. The less competitive track which requires a lower commitment is the Excel team for girls or the Club team for boys. The Excel and Club teams are a great option for athletes and families who want to compete but do not want a highly demanding schedule. The National track for girls and boys starts in level 3 and goes up to level 10. National track is the most popular path for competitive gymnastics and the coaches will provide exceptional year-round value to the athletes and families. For the very talented and committed athletes, the highest competitive track is TOPS/Elite for girls or Future Stars/Elite for boys. TOPS and future stars are for the extremely talented younger athletes and as they get older they will evolve into the elite program.

At Cascade Elite, we believe that the journey of a competitive gymnast extends far beyond the medals and accolades. Our boys' and girls' competitive teams are more than just training grounds for athletic prowess; they're incubators for character, resilience, and lifelong success.

Joining our competitive teams is not just a commitment to gymnastics; it's an investment in your child's future. While the path may be demanding, the rewards are endless. Through the challenges of training and competition, gymnasts learn invaluable life lessons such as discipline, perseverance, time management, resilience in adversity, teamwork and camaraderie, and more. The skills and values cultivated through competitive gymnastics can open doors to a world of opportunities from college scholarships to career pathways in coaching or sports administration. Many of our team athletes have gone on to compete collegiately.

As parents, we understand the significant time and financial commitment involved in supporting your child's gymnastics journey. Rest assured, every moment spent in the gym, every dollar invested in training, is an investment in a future filled with possibility and promise.
