Camps and Parties
Day Camps
Our camps are 4 hours long and have fun group games and gymnastics activities for boys and girls ages 5-12. Improve the skills you already know or learn the fundamentals if it's your first time!
During the camp, kids will have both a snack and a lunch break. Parents are asked to please bring a water bottle and food from home (no nuts).
Tuition is $100/day and is due upon sign up.
Friday Night Skills
Friday Night Skills is a co-ed event, and is for recreational gymnasts who want some extra time to practice their skills as well as play some fun games with others! This event is great for our beginner gymnasts who are learning the basics, and also fantastic for our more advanced recreational gymnasts who want more time to work on their skills.
Children will be able to practice on their favorite events such as balance beam, vault, floor, bars, and trampoline.
Birthday Parties
WE ARE CURRENTLY BOOKING PARTIES THROUGH MAY 2026!
WE PROVIDE:
- 1 hour of supervised gymnastics fun, and games tailored to your child's age
- 45minutes of party room time! Table coverings included
- Party invitations that include a participation waiver and a map to our facility
- Balloons for each student in customized colors
- A Cascade Elite T-shirt as our gift to the Birthday student
- Includes 10 kids for only $300! We allow a maximum of 20 kids at our parties with the 11th through 20th kids being $10 each
YOU PROVIDE:
- All food and drinks
- Utensils, plates, cups, etc.
- Any other decorations you would like to have
No Alcohol Permitted
Floor time and gymnastics activities are for ages 4-12 only
Full payment is due at the time of booking
CEG has a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee
All party guests are required to create an online account and accept all of our policies on our Customer Portal prior to attending the party. CEG staff will check in each guest to verify that an account has been made and that the policies have been signed. Please click the “Parent Portal” tab at the top of the page to create an account.
Please understand that Birthday Party times are limited. The price of our parties includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. If you must cancel your Birthday Party, we respectfully request at least one week's notice. If a Birthday Party is canceled prior to one week of the date of the party, we will keep the $50 non-refundable deposit and offer a house credit or refund of the remaining amount paid for the Birthday Party. However, if you do not cancel your Birthday Party with at least one week’s notice, no house credit or refund can be given. Email us at events@cascadeelite.com to cancel. Cancellation must be in writing. No verbal requests over the phone or in person will be accepted.
There are no refunds or credits for extra kid fees paid upon initial booking.

Camp Cancellation Policy:
Email us at events@cascadeelite.com at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the special event for any absences or cancellations.
No refunds for special events. If you notify us 72 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will issue a house credit to your account with us for the full amount of the cost of the event.
This credit can be used towards any future special event or class tuition.
However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours notice, no credit can be given for the event.
Cancellation must be in writing. No verbal requests, over the phone or in person, will be accepted.
Camp Makeup Policy:
We do not offer make-ups for camps.

Birthday parties are for children ages 4-12 years old only.
Parents are not allowed in the gym area, but may view the party from the designated viewing area upstairs.
Children that are 3 years-old may participate in our parties only if permission is obtained prior to the date of the party from the Events Director.
All 3 year-olds will have one adult on the floor with them at all times and the adult will sign an adult participation waiver for themselves prior to entering the designated gym area.
Please have all personal items removed from the party room when your scheduled party room time is over.
If your party room is still occupied 5 minutes after your party room time has ended, you will be charged an extra time fee.
Our birthday parties include structured instruction from CEG coaches only.
We do not allow for “Free Play” or “Open Gym” time.
