We believe that every child should have a chance to
succeed in gymnastics, and we work hard to see that
each child reaches that goal.
► The first four levels, Level 4, 5, 6 and 7 are the compulsory levels. The routines for theses first four levels are similar and the progressions give the student a solid base to move to the Optional Levels. These athletes train 2-3 days a week.
► The second tier of Boys Levels, Level 8, 9 and 10, also known as the Optional Levels, continue to build on the skills, strength and power that Levels 4-7 introduce. These athletes train almost every day for 4-5 hours.
